I combine performative bodywork with client-centered process consulting (Embodied Personality Development).

Performative bodywork:

Utilizing the body as a source of strength to anchor emotional and mental resilience
Breath and voice work for improved communication
Flexibility and empathy through role-changes
Increasing self-awareness and enhancing presence
Standing confidently and authentically in the spotlight
Overcoming fears and boosting self-confidence

Client-centered process support:

Systemic work to enhance leadership and team dynamics
Resource orientation to identify and utilize individual strengths
Solution- and future-oriented strategies for goals and visions
Hypnotherapeutic approach (based on M. Erickson) for resolving subconscious blockages
Gestalt therapeutic approach for deeper understanding and awareness of one’s role and self-efficacy

This experiential methodology has proven effective in my work as a management trainer for over 10 years and was developed by my longtime mentor, Barbara Theobaldt, who has since passed away.
